I did a short sale on my house, and first went through ReMax on the Lake to try to sell my house.  It was up on the market for almost a year, when I decided to switch to Steve since nothing was happening with ReMax.

Steve did a really good job in comparison to the former firm, as he sold my house within a couple of months!!!  My family also used Steve's services again in purchasing a home.

We found our dream home with his help. Steve made sure the transaction was smooth from beginning to the end.  After having lived in our house for more than two years, Steve is still available in helping us find affordable, and reliable handymen in doing minor repairs to our home.  Steve does not forget about his clients, and he makes it a priority that his clients are happy.
